About Me

How A Health Check Saved My Life

Hello, I'm Neil and I live in Eastern Australia with my partner and our three wonderful kids. I have always been a pretty healthy guy who doesn't drink or smoke, but last year, I started having some health problems. My wife suggested I go and see a doctor but I refused. I had a cough that wouldn't go away but I was convinced it was just a lingering cold. Eventually, I went to the doc and he ran some test. It turns out I had early stage lung cancer. Thankfully, they caught it in time and I am now fully recovered. The experience taught me a lot so I wanted to start a blog to encourage others to see the doctor.
